Built for working weeks
Wi-Fi is included and the main level is one open room with a six-seat dining table and a kitchen island, which is where laptops end up. The bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs, so a colleague on an early call and one on a late one do not collide. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, the living room has a 65-inch set with streaming apps, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer so a month of shirts is not a logistics problem. Two assigned covered parking spaces mean no parking hunt after a long day.
Groceries and coffee are walkable, Old Town’s business-dinner restaurants are a 14-minute walk or a two-minute ride, and Camelback Mountain is 12 minutes away for the 6 AM hike crowd.
Medical travelers and visiting families

Scottsdale's employers are close
Old Town and the Scottsdale Waterfront hold offices, galleries and the Civic Center; the Scottsdale Airpark and Kierland business district are about 17 to 20 minutes north; ASU’s Tempe campus is 12 to 14 minutes south; and downtown Phoenix is roughly 23 minutes. Loop 101 is a five-minute drive east on Indian School Road, which puts most of the Valley within 30 minutes outside of rush hour.
