It is the same home, the same calendar and the same GoodNight Stay team either way. Booking directly with GoodNight Stay skips the marketplace service fee that Airbnb and Vrbo add on top of the nightly rate, and GoodNight Stay shows its full total (rate, cleaning, taxes and any processing fee) before you confirm. Yes. Hideaway holds City of Scottsdale short-term rental license 2042239 and Arizona transaction privilege tax license 21633491. Both numbers appear in every listing and in the footer of this site.

It depends on where you book, and the exact terms are shown before you confirm. For reservations made directly with GoodNight Stay, the published policy is a full refund when you cancel 60 or more days before check-in; cancellations inside 60 days are non-refundable. Airbnb and Vrbo apply their own policies for this listing, which you can read on the listing page before paying.

Most dates carry a two-night minimum. Holiday weeks and peak event periods such as the WM Phoenix Open and spring training may require three nights or more. Monthly stays are welcome; see monthly and extended stays.

GoodNight Stay does not list a cash security deposit for this home. Instead, every booking guest completes identity verification through GoodNight Stay’s screening partner within 48 hours of booking, and Airbnb and Vrbo apply their own damage-protection programs. Any damage beyond normal wear is billed to the guest under the platform’s terms.

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the people staying in the home.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, Arizona time (Arizona does not observe daylight saving time). Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged through GoodNight Stay for a fee, depending on the housekeeping schedule. Same-day bookings are not accepted after 10 AM.

Keyless entry. GoodNight Stay emails a unique door code for your dates before arrival, so there is no key pickup and no waiting for anyone. The code stops working at check-out.

Two assigned spaces under a covered carport directly behind the home, plus free street parking on Parkway Avenue. The carport is a favorite with families because you unload straight into the patio and your car stays shaded.

About 12 miles and 23 minutes by car in normal traffic to Terminal 4; allow 35 to 40 minutes at rush hour. Rideshare and taxi are the simplest options; a rental car is worth it if you plan on Salt River Fields, north Scottsdale golf or day trips. Scottsdale Airport, for private aviation, is about 20 minutes north.

Hideaway sleeps eight: a king bed in the primary suite, queen beds in bedrooms two and three, and a full-size sleeper sofa with a luxury comfort mattress in the living room. All three bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own smart TV. The city limits short-term rentals to six unrelated adults, not counting children.

Two and a half. The primary suite has a private bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in shower and bathtub; bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower; and there is a half bath on the main level near the living room. All three were rebuilt in the 2025 remodel.

Hotel-style. GoodNight Stay runs a professional linen program, so every bed is made with laundered fitted and flat sheets and pillowcases, with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for every guest.

Yes. The kitchen was rebuilt in 2025 with stainless appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and five-burner range, microwave), plus a toaster, blender, kettle, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware and wine glasses. There is a dining table for six, an island that seats three, and a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, coffee, and a wine fridge. A starter kit of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and trash bags is waiting when you arrive.

Yes, an in-unit washer and dryer, with two laundry pods in the starter kit. There is also an iron and ironing board.

Wi-Fi is included. There is no dedicated desk, but the six-seat dining table and the kitchen island both work well for a laptop, and the four smart TVs are all on the network. Extended-stay guests routinely work from the home; see monthly stays and corporate housing.

A 65-inch smart TV in the living room and smart TVs in all three bedrooms. The living room set has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video, Apple TV and Roku apps; sign in with your own accounts.

Partly. The living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath and patio are on the main level, but all three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs. There is no elevator, so the home is not suitable for guests who cannot use stairs. If you have specific questions about doorways or the shower, ask us before booking.

Exterior security cameras cover the outside of the property, as disclosed on every listing. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Yes, a community pool with lounge chairs and a shaded cabana, a short walk across the greenbelt from the front door. It is shared with the other Casa Granada East residents, open 7 AM to 10 PM at the HOA’s discretion, and may close in extreme weather. It is not a private pool and it is not heated, so it is at its best from roughly April through October. Details are on the pool and outdoor living page.

Private, walled and about 23 by 16 feet, directly off the living room. It has lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, a gas grill and a desert-themed mural that guests use as a photo backdrop. The carport is right behind it.

No. There is no hot tub at the home or in the community.

Yes. Up to two pets, each under 35 pounds, for a $100 fee per pet, added at booking. Please add your pets to the reservation so the fee is applied and housekeeping is planned. Yes. A Pack ’n Play and a high chair are provided at no charge (bring your own Pack ’n Play sheets), there is a community playground on the lawn outside, and the carport makes loading kids and gear easy. Additional baby equipment can be rented through GoodNight Stay’s partner as an add-on. Note that the bedrooms are upstairs.

Hideaway sits on the quiet eastern edge of Old Town, one block east of Miller Road, which the City of Scottsdale uses as Old Town’s eastern boundary in its Old Town Character Area Plan. In practice that means a 14-minute walk to the Entertainment District, a 19-minute walk to the historic core at Brown Avenue and Main Street, and a 3-minute drive to Scottsdale Stadium or Fashion Square, while the townhouse itself is on a residential street with a community pool and greenbelts.

Yes, for anyone comfortable with a 15 to 20 minute walk each way. The Entertainment District is 14 minutes on foot, the Civic Center 18 minutes and the galleries on Main Street about 24 minutes. Sidewalks are continuous and the route is flat, and a rideshare back at night is a two-minute trip. Summer afternoons are hot, so most guests walk in the evening and drive or ride midday.

Not for Old Town, restaurants, the Saturday farmers market or Scottsdale Stadium, all of which are walkable or a short rideshare. You will want a car or rideshare for Salt River Fields, TPC Scottsdale, WestWorld, Camelback Mountain and the airport. Sprouts Farmers Market on Miller Road is a nine-minute walk. CVS is seven minutes on foot, Safeway on Chaparral is a four-minute drive, and Trader Joe’s and AJ’s Fine Foods are about seven minutes north by car. A Whole Foods is under construction at Indian School and Miller, a seven-minute walk, with an opening announced for late 2026.

The Entertainment District, with its rooftop bars, dance clubs and live music venues on Saddlebag Trail and Indian Plaza, is a 14-minute walk or a two-minute rideshare. Scottsdale Stadium, spring home of the San Francisco Giants, is a 22-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. Salt River Fields, home of the Diamondbacks and Rockies, is 14 minutes by car, and Sloan Park in Mesa (Cubs) is 12 minutes. Every Cactus League park is within about 45 minutes. Yes. Hideaway is available for stays of 30 nights or more, including month-to-month arrangements for corporate relocations, medical stays, snowbird seasons and remote work, subject to the calendar. Stays of 30 or more consecutive nights fall outside Arizona’s transient lodging classification, so the short-stay lodging taxes generally do not apply and the total can be meaningfully lower; GoodNight Stay confirms the exact pricing and tax treatment for your dates. Everything a short stay includes: furnishings, linens, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, streaming-ready TVs, in-unit laundry, two covered parking spaces and utilities. Extended-stay guests can arrange interim housekeeping and fresh linens through GoodNight Stay for a fee.

No. Parties, events and weddings are not allowed, and Scottsdale prohibits using short-term rentals as event venues. Hideaway is a great base for a wedding weekend, a bachelorette trip or a golf group, with the celebrating done in Old Town.

No. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the home and on the patio.

10 PM to 7 AM, in line with the City of Scottsdale noise ordinance. Hideaway is on a residential street with neighbors on both sides, which is exactly why it is so quiet when you come home from Old Town.
